Each bear has a unique personality and is individually created. While I have some standard styles here, no two bears will look exactly alike. If you have seen a bear that you are interested in purchasing, or would like to have one made for a special event please contact me at Alive Again Bears for further information or to place an order.

Payment
I accept Checks in U.S. funds and Credit Cards. If you plan on using a credit card, send the credit card number and expiration in two separate e-mails or contact me by phone.


Shipping and Delivery
I will ship by U.S. Mail and insure the package with them. I don't charge for packing but shipping will be added to the cost of the bear. If it's a bear on hand, the bear will be sent out as soon as payment clears. If it's a special order bear to be made, I will discuss with you regarding the expected completion date.
Sorry, due to problems with customs, I only ship within the United States and Canada.


Returns
I am very happy to stand behind the quality of my artistry, If a bear is chosen from a photo and you are not 100% satisfied, I will exchange it or refund it less shipping charges. I want each person purchasing a bear from me to cherish it. I will accept a return within 10 days on one of my non-heirloom bears for a refund or exchange provided it is returned in the same original condition as it was sent out. You must pay for the return shipping and insurance. Please phone me first. Don't worry, bears speak to different people in different ways. Some one will fall in love with it.
